Your unlock is tied to your App Store or Google Play account, not to us. On your new device, install Bullet Baby, sign in to the same store account you bought it with, and use the app's restore-purchase option. If it still doesn't unlock, email us.
A gift code unlocks all forty weeks and every tool on the phone it's redeemed on. If a code won't go through, check the spelling first. If it still won't take, email us with roughly when it was bought. Please don't send payment details by email.
Purchases are processed by Apple and Google, so refunds go through them: request one from your App Store purchase history or Google Play order history. We can't issue refunds directly.
